Known for my authenticity and ability to connect with audiences across different demographics,
I have presented at conferences across the country, including the Washington Post’s Global Women’s Summit, the Aspen Ideas Festival, and the Common Sense Summit.
I also regularly share my parenting expertise on shows like Today, Good Morning America, CBS Mornings, and NBC News Now. Additionally, I have written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and New York Magazine and hosted an episode of NPR’s Life Kit.
Previously, I was the first person of color to be named Editor in Chief of Parents, a nearly 100-year-old media brand. I also launched and led a brand for Latine/x caregivers that deepened my ability to understand and engage with multicultural communities.
A bilingual New Yorker raising two daughters, I am on the boards of Day One, a model teaching and early learning community, and Generation Hope, a non-profit creating educational pathways for teen parents and their children. I was recently honored with a Chief Network 2025 New Era of Leadership Award.
